1. Are you facing issues with your redemption code?

  • Transaction not yet confirmed on the blockchain. Please check the confirmation status on the blockchain.

  • Otherwise the withdrawal amount does not match amount of exchanged cryptocurrency. Transactions need manual approval. In this case please allow 24-48 hours for resolution. If this turns out to be the case please respond with your contact number and we will reach out to you immediately during regular business hours. If you have a preferred time of contact please include this in the email with your phone number.

2. ATM did not print receipt.

  • If the ATM did not print a receipt after finalizing your transaction then please check your wallet to confirm the transaction has been initiated. If there is no record of transaction then please email us at again with the date, location, and the amount of your transaction and we will be happy to get back to you within 24-48hrs and during regular business hours for a resolution.
